Suite 6

Suite 6 is 630 square feet.

It has been renovated so it can be ready to lease with minimal preparation. It is in good shape for hourly rentals. The floor has 4x8 sheets of plywood over carpet, which needs to be better secured.

The pictures show furniture and items that will be removed.

Rental rate is $25 per hour plus a $50 service fee.

Monthly lease is $500.
